  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

2.3 Pricing and Duties

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

3.1 Print Quality

  • Prints are produced by WhiteWall using professional-grade archival materials and pigment inks.

3.2 Customisation Options

  • Options include size, paper type (e.g. Hahnemühle Photo Rag), border, framing, or mounting.
  • All products are made to order per customer selection.

3.3 Color Accuracy Disclaimer

  • Actual colors may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to monitor and material differences.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Fulfilment

  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped by WhiteWall.
  • Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary by location and product.

4.2 Shipping Fees

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

4.3 Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided via email when your order ships.

4.4 International Shipping

  • Customers outside the UK are responsible for customs duties, VAT, or clearance fees.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

5.1 Custom-Made Policy

  • All products are custom-made and cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged once production begins.

5.2 Damaged or Defective Items

  • Notify us within 14 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or defective.
  • Include photos with your email.
  • If eligible, we will arrange a replacement or refund in coordination with WhiteWall.

5.3 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

6. Copyright and Usage

  • All images and content on this website are the intellectual property of Siu King (Anthony) Lau.

6.2 Print Rights

  • Purchasing a print grants ownership of the physical product only.
  • No rights are granted to reproduce, publish, resell, or license the image in any form.

6.3 Limited Editions

  • Limited editions are individually numbered.
  • Some may include a digitally certified Certificate of Authenticity via Verisart.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for slight variations between preview and final product.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs, couriers, or force majeure events.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
